Workouts + Meal Plan

Skill Level:  Zero to Some Gym Experience Needed


Experience having a personal trainer without the need for appointments or vetting them yourself! Your online coach will design a comprehensive and highly effective workout plan and meal plan specifically designed to get you feeling good and help you achieve your ideal physique.

Your program will be constructed to progress as you progress! It will challenge you each and every week just enough to keep your body transforming and keep you comfortable, confident, and safe while you are in the gym per our Vision Captured training standards.



  • 3 or 5 days a week at the gym for weight training

  • 2 or 3 days a week cardio (walking/running/biking outside is okay!)

  • Gym Membership (recommended)

  • Tape measure


PROGRAM INCLUDES (each month):

  • Strength Training + Cardio plan every 4-weeks

    • approx. 60min per day

    • Option for 3-days or 5-days ​strength training

    • HD Video guided exercises in-app

  • Meal plan every 4-weeks

    • Shopping list incl.​

    • Likes & Dislikes taken into account

    • Software used to create your plan overseen by 6 board-certified nutritionists.

  • Mobile App​

    • Unlimited in-app messaging with your coach
