Skill Level: Zero to Some Gym Experience Needed


We will design a comprehensive and highly effective workout program specifically engineered to get you feeling good and help you achieve your ideal physique. No 3-hour gym sessions required! Nobody has time for that… let’s be real. 

Your program will be constructed to progress as you progress! It will challenge you each and every week just enough to keep your body transforming and keep you comfortable, confident, and safe while you are in the gym per our Vision Captured training standards.



  • 3 or 5 days a week at the gym for weight training

  • 2 or 3 days a week cardio (walking/running/biking outside is okay!)

  • Gym Membership (recommended)

  • Tape measure



  • Strength Training & Cardio plan every 4-weeks

    • approx. 60min per workout

    • Option for 3-days or 5-days ​

    • HD Video guided exercises

  • Mobile App​

    • Unlimited in-app messaging with your coach

    • Track your progress with a place for measurements and body photos
